We understand that finding the perfect fit for growing kids can be tricky. That’s why we make returns and exchanges as easy as possible.

Free Returns Within 30 Days

If something isn’t quite right, no worries! You can return or exchange your items for free within 30 days of purchase. We’re happy to offer a full refund or an exchange to ensure your little ones get what they need.

A Few Things to Note:

• Returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear or use.
• If you’re returning items from a Starter Pack or Bundle, please note that discounts only apply to the full set. If you return individual items, you’ll be charged the full price for each one.

How to Make a Return:

1. Open your order confirmation email and click on the "View Order" button to access your account.
2. Log in using your credentials.
3. Click on the "Request Return" button in the top left corner to start the return process.
4. After processing, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please print this and include it with your return (returns won’t be accepted without your order number and return receipt).

Returning Your Items:

• Option 1: Drop off the items at your child’s school the next morning in the original packaging, and we’ll pick them up. Just send us a note at info@fabil.ca once the items have been dropped off.
• Option 2: We can send you a prepaid return label. Just print it, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any Canada Post location.
