How long does shipping take?

We know it's 2024, if man can travel to the moon in 3 days, your order should certainly take less than that!

Our aim is to get your order to you as soon as possible. For orders within GTA, you should receive your order within 2 to 3 business days.

What is your return / exchange policy?

We are here to make your journey as smooth as possible and we know it's not easy to order for the little ones who are constantly growing.

Any unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Please note, returns from Starter Packs or Bundles will incur a charge for any discounts previously applied.

How should I wash and care for the uniform pieces?

Most of our clothing is machine washable. Blazers and ties are the only items that we recommend dry-cleaning.

For items made with synthetic materials such as polyester, use low heat settings when ironing.

Please also note that any clothing made of fleece or synthetic materials may shrink. To avoid shrinking, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging the pieces to dry, or if tumble drying use a low setting.

When should I shop for back-to-school?

The best time of year to shop for back-to-school uniforms is June or July. By shopping early, you avoid the August and September rush.
